This spring I will host a new series, Listening for our Beloved Dead, on the first four Saturdays in April at 4pm ET(time zone converter) via Zoom.
A portion of these sessions will be recorded where the topic is presented and/or there is a meditative experience, but because the heart of this series is sharing it is best if participants can come on to most of the sessions live. There are a limited number of spaces.
This is a complement to the fall’s Love Letters to the Dead, but you don’t have to have participated in that to join this series.
Flow and Activities –
April 2: Session 1 ~ Centering the Heart
Sharing Circle: Introducing ourselves and our Beloveds
Practice: Centering ourselves and connecting to the heart
Homework: Spend at least 5 minutes a day doing a heart centering practice. Invite your Beloved into your heart. If you can do this practice outside in nature, do.
April 9: Session 2 ~ Memory
Sharing Circle: Our experiences of the heart
Practice: Dwelling in a special memory of our Beloveds
Homework: Pay attention to when you remember your Beloved and what surrounds you at that time. How might these moments of memory be a “touch” from your Beloved?
April 16: Session 3 ~ Synchronicity & Seeking Patterns
Prep: Read Speak Soul to Soul: Communicating with the Beloved Dead.
Sharing Circle: Gifts and challenges of memory
Practice: Working with an oracle of any kind.
Homework: Follow the poet Rilke’s advice of “no forcing, no holding back” to open up to seeing patterns and welcoming synchronicities as possible messages from our Beloveds. If you feel you can’t or become frustrated, center again in the heart and invite your special memory.
April 23: Session 4 ~ An Ending & A Beginning

Closing the Circle. Opening the Way.
I piloted the program with a small group last year and it worked well to create a space in participants’ busy lives to hear and be more aware of their Beloveds.
There is no need to have experience with working with oracles/the Tarot nor to hold particular beliefs. This series will not teach mediumship. I suppose the one requirement is to be open to the possibility of receiving loving messages from/about your person.
